Everyone has a guide walking by their side, protecting them and guiding them along their chosen life path. Because we can’t hear them speak to us because of the loud hustle and bustle of our world they have to find various ways to communicate to us. By this I mean them showing us a sign from spirit.
Everyone gets them. They are little tokens of love, a way of letting you know that a loved one is by your side, a sign to put a smile on your face when you know it’s from them to you.
You may say “I never get a little sign from spirit”. But I bet you do. You just need to know what it is that you are looking for. Generally, it will always be the same thing. This is your way of recognising that it is meant for you. Let me explain a little better.
For me, I am always sent LOVE HEARTS. Always. I’ve probably always received them but my life and mind were far to busy to see and acknowledge them.
I’ve really only started to notice them and acknowledge they are a gift from Spirit about 18mths ago. I was going through a real lull in my life; I had major decisions that needed to be made. The kind that would change my life dramatically.
This one particular day, I was in my local fruit & veg shop choosing singular potatoes. As I searched through to find the sizes that I wanted the first one I chose was in the shape of a large love heart. As soon as I picked it up I got the message "keep it, it’s a present from the spirit world."
As sad as it may sound, I did keep it. I kept it so long that it had shoots sprouting from it and in the end it was so soft it didn’t look like anything, only ready for the bin. But from then on they were too frequent. I couldnt help but take pictures of the most funniest perculiar places they would show up!
I can remember most of the times that I have received my love hearts and each time they make me smile! One time I spilt some Coke-Cola on my cream carpet and the spill mark landed in the shape of a heart (that one I got rid of, luckily). Sat in my garden, I looked up at the sky and the cloud was in the ring shape of a love heart. It stayed in it’s shape for the whole time I was in the garden.
The most recent heart sent to me was only the other day. I’d been thinking about writing this blog and wished that I’d taken a picture of the love hearts I’d been sent. Well, funny enough, then next day as I poured my cleanser into the cotton wool; when I looked I had a perfect love heart sent to me. I grabbed my camera straight away.

Her sister died, they were really close and had connections with the White Feather Sanctuary. Anne was obviously devastatedwhen her sister passed last year. But every now and then Anne will find a large single white feather. Once she found one lying of her bed. With no logical explanation on how it could have got in there. But Anne’s most recent feather was a couple of months ago. She had gone in to clean and open up the pub that she owned and it was coming close to the anniversary of her sister. When Anne looked at the framed signed football shirt that had been given to her sister, there resting in the corner of the frame was a single large white feather.
I was curious to know did she keep the feathers or what happens to them. She said she never keeps them, she doesn’t even touch them. She will just leave them and then they just disappear in their own time without a trace of where they could of gone.
So, take your time to look out for your special sign from spirit. You’re already half way there, by acknowledging that you are ready to accept a gift from spirit. And remember, when you do start to notice a little something and realise you’ve seen it a few times before; if it’s meant for you then you wont mistake the feeling of knowing it is meant for you. Say thank you and accept your token of love.
